A large balcony overlooking the Parramatta River, stripped back and rebuilt with new waterproofing and tiles.

What we did

The old tiles had failed, so the full surface was removed down to the slab and taken off site.

The substrate was prepared and waterproofed before large-format tiles were laid, leaving a clean, level outdoor space with nothing between the owners and the view.
