Balcony waterproofing and re-tiling, Rhodes
A full balcony waterproofing job on a waterfront apartment in Rhodes. The old tiles came up, a new membrane went down, and the balcony was re-tiled and handed back ready to use.

What we did
The balcony was stripped back to the slab. We repaired and prepared the substrate, then sealed the junctions where the balcony meets the walls and door frames, which is where most balcony leaks start.
The membrane was applied in stages, with each coat left to cure before the next. Once it was complete, the balcony was re-tiled and the edges finished to suit the building.
